The KONNECTS Inc Web Site is operated by Konnects Inc or its affiliates (collectively, the "KONNECTS Inc Web Site").

The KONNECTS Inc Web Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the KONNECTS Inc Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY
If a particular KONNECTS Inc Site/Service requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You then will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Konnects Inc immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Konnects Inc will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Konnects Inc or another party due to someone else using your account or password. Konnects Inc reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the KONNECTS Inc Site/Services are offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the KONNECTS Inc Site/Services. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions and additional terms. Your continued use of the KONNECTS Inc Site/Services constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE
As a condition of your use of the KONNECTS Inc Site/Services, you will not use the KONNECTS Inc Site/Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Communication Services.
Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular Communication Service.
Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others.
Use, download or otherwise copy, or provide (whether or not for a fee) to a person or entity any directory of users of a KONNECTS Inc Site/Service(s) or other user or usage information or any portion thereof.
Konnects Inc has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Konnects Inc reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Konnects Inc reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.
Konnects Inc reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as Konnects Inc deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Konnects Inc's sole discretion.
Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. Konnects Inc does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, Konnects Inc specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. GENERAL TERMS REGARDING USE AND STORAGE
You agree that Konnects Inc may establish limits concerning use of any service offered on an KONNECTS Inc Website, including without limitation, the maximum number of days that messages will be retained by the service, the maximum number of messages that may be sent from or received by an account on the service, the maximum size of a message that may be sent from or received by an account on the service, the maximum disk space that will be allotted on Konnects Inc's servers on your behalf, and the maximum number of times and duration you may access the service in a given period of time.
You agree that Konnects Inc has no responsibility or liability for the deletion, corruption or failure to store any messages or other content maintained or transmitted by the service. You acknowledge that Konnects Inc reserves the right to delete accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time.
KONNECTS Inc MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT ANY SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.

TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION
Konnects Inc reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to any or all KONNECTS Inc Site/Services and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.
Upon termination of the KONNECTS Inc Site/Service, your right to use the KONNECTS Inc Site/Service immediately ceases.
Konnects Inc shall have no obligation to maintain any content or to forward any unread or unsent messages to you or any third party.
NO SPAM; DAMAGES
Konnects Inc will immediately terminate any account which it believes, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any spam or other unsolicited bulk email. In addition, because damages are often difficult to quantify, if actual damages cannot be reasonably calculated then you agree to pay Konnects Inc liquidated damages of $5 (US Currency) for each piece of spam or unsolicited bulk email transmitted from or otherwise connected with your account, otherwise you agree to pay Konnects Inc's actual damages, to the extent such actual damages can be reasonably calculated.
LANGUAGE
It is the express will of the parties that this agreement and all related documents have been drawn up in English. C'est la volonté expresse des parties que la présente convention ainsi que les documents qui s'y rattachent soient rédigés en anglais.
GENERAL
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, U.S.A. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in King County, Washington, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the KONNECTS Inc Site/Services. Use of the KONNECTS Inc Site/Services is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Konnects Inc as a result of this agreement or use of the KONNECTS Inc Site/Services. You agree to indemnify and hold Konnects Inc, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on the KONNECTS Inc Site/Services. Konnects Inc reserves the right to disclose any personal information about you or your use of the KONNECTS Inc Site/Services, including its contents, without your prior permission if Konnects Inc has a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of Konnects Inc or its affiliated companies; (3) enforce the terms or use; or (4) act to protect the interests of its members or others. Konnects Inc's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Konnects Inc's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the KONNECTS Inc Site/Services or information provided to or gathered by Konnects Inc with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Konnects Inc with respect to the KONNECTS Inc Site/Services and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Konnects Inc with respect to the KONNECTS Inc Site/Services. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
You, the buyer, may cancel this agreement, without penalty or obligation, at any time prior to midnight of the 14th day following the date of this contract. To cancel this agreement, mail or deliver a signed and dated notice, or send a telegram which states that you, the buyer, are canceling this agreement, or words of similar effect. This notice shall be sent to: Konnects Inc, PO BOX 1642, Tacoma, WA, USA. Refund Policy If you cancel your subscription within 14 days, we will refund the full amount of your subscription. Also, if you cancel your subscription within 14 days following any auto-renewal of your subscription, we will refund the full amount of your auto-renewal. In the event that you die before the end of your subscription period, your estate shall be entitled to a refund of that portion of any payment you have made for your subscription which is allocable to the period after your death. In the event that you become disabled (such that you are unable to use the services of Konnects.com) before the end of your subscription period, you shall be entitled to a refund of that portion of any payment you have made for your subscription which is allocable to the period after your disability.

Manner of Cancellation
In the event that you or your estate decides to cancel your subscription pursuant to the 14-day money back guarantee or upon your death or disability, you or your estate may, in addition to any other methods of cancellation offered herein, cancel your subscription by sending notice of such cancellation (and reasonable evidence of your death, if applicable) via regular mail, certified or registered mail, telegram or delivery to Konnects Inc, PO BOX 1642, Tacoma, WA, USA. You may use the Form of Cancellation reached by clicking here as your notice of cancellation. The applicable refund will be made within 10 business days' of our receipt of your notice of cancellation. In the event that your estate cancels your subscription as a result or your death, the notice of cancellation must also include reasonable evidence of the death (for example, a copy of the death certificate). In the event that you cancel your subscription as a result of your disability, the notice of cancellation must also include written verification of your condition by a physician designated and remunerated by you.
Auto-renewal Rates
Auto-renewal rates are dependant upon membership term you have signup for. Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of your existing membership term. Renewal rates will match the standard rate available to all subscribers not receiving a discount. The rate will correspond with the subscription term you selected. This will ensure uninterrupted access to your subscription.
